I have a question on radiator size, I run a hobby stock, 9:1 gas engine, 1 to 1 pulleys and I used a restricter washers instead of thermistat. Will a 22 inch Radiator keep me cool? Last year I usaully only got up to 190 degrees with a griffin 31 inch radiator. I would like to get a 22 inch howe, which I heard cool about 10-20 degrees cooler than other raditors, My reason for wanting the smaller radiator is I can move it back between the steering box, it will move it back, for percentage and less chance of getting hit. Also it weights less. I would like some of others ideas

The 22" should not be a prob. as long as your shroud is sealed up good and the fan is half in and half out.. 190 is good but with the 22" rad if the temp goes up try to use diff size restrictors to bring the temp down...
