I have these rates in my metric LF1000 RF1500 LR200 RR200. I run a 3/8 mile med bank dirt track. Track damp to dry slick.

Has anyone used this combination?
How has it worked?
What changes should I make?

THANKS

How heavy is your car?
I think your front spring rates are a little high.
How does the car handle with that setup?

Way too much right front, try about 1200, but even better try 1200 Lf and 1000 Rf. Yeah I know, sounds backwards but works good.

the second setup will be much better. you can always make changes at the track if you needed to.

they would work alot better then a 1500 but i like to have 200# split up front i ran with 100# and the car seamed very unstable and bounced alot going into the corners
