can anyone give me a good starting point on what spring to run on a 79 camaro front and back. (rating%) 3/8 high bank dry slick track running dot street tires. with a pretty strong motor.

Im running the same on the rear of my new Nova cept the front springs im gonna try 1000# on the lf and 1100# on the rf. Eddie

1000 lf 1250 rf 225 lr 200 rr with 150lbs of left rear 2 inch roll out in back with 1 inch roll out in front 52% rear weight and 53-54 % left side works great im my old 76 camaro 3300lb car

im running 1000 lf and 1150 rf
225 across the back. I run a 3/8th dirt track.

hey redneck racing you can try an 1100 on the rf to see what it does for you but when I had an 1100 on the rf of my car it caused the car to push in the middle of the corner.
