rumor has it that we can run headers next year. What type headers do yall run on a metric monte carlo with engine in stock mounts and clutch linkages in place. I worked hard on building a my clutck linkages I there a good header that will clear it?

Depends on how much money you have to spend on headers, they can be quite expensive pending on what brand you choose, I run Flow Techs on my car they run about $84.00 for the set and they seem to work fine. Eddie

[QUOTE] we run afterburners by flowtech owned by holley. go online and ck them out.
fits great. acts like a tri-y. your ears will thank you too. holley says they're
a match to dyna tech hi dollar units but scavenge better. We won 6 races on them so far

Check out www.shoenfeld.com

Shoenfeld specializes in this kind of stuff for dirt-track, and has a header to fit your application depending on engine location, angle or straight plug, etc. They run about twice as much as the Flow Techs, but I don't know of anyone around my area that runs anything other than Shoenfeld.

We started running headers this year. After starting the season off with a pair someone gave me, I bought a set of the afterburners. Really noticed a difference with restarts. they also sound really cool. only problem i had was the drivers side was hitting the lower a arm mount. Just did what i could with it but it worked really well
