I have a stock appearing left upper A-frame that is about an inch longer than a typical camaro A-frame. Does anyone know what this thing could've come on? I bought a race car years ago and this thing was on it. I have been to every salvage yard this side of the Mississippi and can't figure it out. It doesn't have any casting or part number on it. Any help would be appreciated.

A picture might help us out.

Probably 68-82 Vette, from Flexi-flyer. How many bolts in the ball joint?

It uses the same ball joint as the camaro. Four 1/4"-20 bolts. I'd send a pic but this thing doen't look like it did when it was new. The center has been cut out, and I had to weld a brace on the back of it between the bushings. It's really old and needs to be retired.

I guess is a Cadilac. Is the cross shaft about an 1 1/2" longer that a Chev? Running them upside down gives you a lot of shock clearance.

another posibility is a late 60's impala (65 - 70) although, I think that may use a 3 bolt ballloint.
