I have heard you run a Chevy v-8 upper mount and a lower v-6 that would make a solid mount but, I found when I do this the motor sits way to high. Is there a special v-6 mount that I'm not finding? Also it has to be an oem mount the rules state. Thanks Ed

Also I don't think its legal to cut and weld to make the mounts the way i want.

also use the bolt holes that are 1 1/4" farther back. acording to a good source of mine, it will gain you 2 to 3% rear percentage.

the mount you need is off a 231 buick. it will sit about an inch higher than stock.
