ok, heres my situation, I want to race at 2 different tracks, with the same car. One of the two tracks is 1/4 mile with a little bit of banking, and the other is 3/8 with a shizzle of banking.

I know I'll need two different gears, but what else will I need to change?
I have my trailing arm bushings drilled will this hurt me on either one?
what will I want to do with my wieght percentages?
I was told I would want to add some forward bias for the banked track, but I have never drove on a banked track to know for myself. any info on what I'll need to look into are appreciated.

Of course it all depends........ I would try a 723 gear for both tracks. You may also be able to just switch the rear springs. A few years back we had a metric malibu and ran as you described. Spring change in the rear was all it took, car worked great.

Far as your set up try what you got and see how it works.Talk to drivers at the tracks you plan on running and see what there using for gears.

At one time we considered a 4 speed and could run in similiar track conditions with a 1.23 3rd gear with a 1 to 1 5.83 rear gear
