If I recall, the 123 was probably the one with the largest venturi diameter. that number on the side, btw, is not the actual measurement....
They were found on late 60's thru early '70's trucks if memory serves. The 289ci motors and 302's would have had the smaller cfm 2bbls. Probably something of that era with a 351 or larger motor and a 2bbl would do the trick.
If your rules allow any modifications, then there are TONS of ways to make those old 2bbls breathe a lot of air and flow a lot of fuel, but also keep in mind that it's not always a case of "bigger is better".
If you're interested, I have several of those carbs I'd like to get rid of.
