CAN YOU RUN A 75-90 SYN AND ADD SOME ANTISLIP ADDITIVE INSTEAD OF RUNNING THE REDLINE STUFF?

i don't believe you need any additive for a gold track. although i've never had one apart, i don't think there are any clutches, just gears.

If that is true then how does it work it has to have clutches to disengage doesnt it?

DMS, I ran an off the shelf from O'Riellys(Brand ?) API GL-5 rear end oil for 1.5 seasons in my Limited Late Model. Changed it every 6 races. Never had any problems.

If you need the name of the oil, I can get that for you and post it. Sorry, but I don't remember it right now.
