what gm car used leaf springs and a full frame and was metric? don't know what the frame is from but it gets around the track pretty well

The only ful size car with leafs in the back that GM built was station wagons from the early 70s. The only other cars that GM made at all with leafs were the F-bodys(camaros and firebirds), novas including the pontiac and buick versions and cadillac sevilles.

My guess is someone has changed the frame under the car your seeing. The only METRIC style frame with leaf springs is an S10. I have seen people use those frames under a monte. The car your seeing may have had the front stub changed too. Let me know if you do figure it out. I'm kinda curious about it.

I guess I didnt think about the s-10. The only thing is that they are about 4 inches narrower than a standard metric.

it might be an s-10. if it is i love the people the built it. its got an 84 camero body on it and it'll scream around the track.the frame has been replaced with square tubing starting right in front of the control arms.thanks for your help-
