What you runnin for fuel??

Ceck the throttle shaft. I had one to Leak vacuum there and it drove me knutz till I found it.

spray wd40 anywhere you could have a leak if the rpms pick up you found your leak

with 81 jets you should have your power valve plugged.

Had same problem once. I was told the diaphram of the power valve may have ruptured. It looked fine to me but I replaced it anyway. It fixed the problem.

Put new power valve in-3.5 also checked old one and it was good-Thanks for help
