Would going from a 4in to a 2in off set wheel on the RF make the car tighter or looser? And would it make that spring act like its stiffer or softer??

Thanks alot josh K.

are you talking 4 in offset or back space general rule of thumb since everybody says it different the closer the wheel to the car the more weight it will carry so if you want to tighen it up tuck it in and to loosen it up move the rr out

If you move the rf in it will tighten up the front but could loosen the back same as if you move the rr in it will tighten the rear but loosen the front and you will push,I run 3" backing on rf lf lr and 4" on rr and adjust with 1" spacers. You have try different things till you find a comfort zone.Hope this helps

backspace is the messurement from the inside of the wheel to the mounting point myself i was always taught that offset is from the outside of the wheel in so to me a 4 in offset was alway deep with the wheel sticking way out but when i ordered then they were sucked up in not out

Think about it like this.If you have a 10" rim w/5" of backspace you have 0 offset. If you have 3"backspace you have 2"offset.Most of the time when you order rims they go by backspace not offset.Hope this helps.
