has anyone tried stiffer rear spings such as 250-350 on quarter mile dry slick tracks, i dont think a 250 rr would get alot of roll but the 300 might make it roll a little harder, i was thinking if i stiffened up the rears i sould prolly do the front to right? Trying to get more bite on black with less wieght

We run a '77 Nova. 3300# Street Stock with 1000 LF, 1100 RF, and 225 LR, 200 RR. 53% Left, 53% rear, and 50.5% cross. Landrum leaf springs with Bilstein SS shocks all around. I like to tune for track changes with wheel backspacing adjustments or ballast placement. Track champion last two years; back-to-back, baby!

(on a budget, too)
