ok does anyone now if a wilwood master cylinder is any better than a regular single stage master cylinder because I cant find a 2 stage to fit, all i have is 6 inche between firewall and roll bar and bar cant be moved so will a sigle stage work, do I just put a t in the lines or what

That will work. You might have a problem if the slave clys need to move more than what the master cyl can deliever in volume. I'd remove the oem shut off device if its still in the system.

If your going to use one m/c only to the front and rear brakes, your nuts.

a leak anywhere and you have no brakes.

there are other options.


go to floor mount.
go to reverse mount.
lower the whole pedal *** . you have and shorten the pedal. youll have less leverage but...

well could ya explain what in the heck they make all the aliminum master cylinders for racing single stage then

Because they are intended to be used together one per axle if one fails you still have the other one to stop you....You can find a stock single bore that will run your system but like 66j said any leak wheel cyl. line or anything you will have no brakes....hope this helps...Towman PS when I run into a problem like this I recomened you get a reverse mount pedal assymbly with dual master cyl.
