Hello all, new to the forum...

A friend and I (we own MotorSportConnect.com) are interested in building a rally car and starting dirt-track rally type racing, but we have no idea how to really get started doing it. If someone could give us some advice or point us in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. we are from Mid-West Ohio (near Dayton)

are you talking about a small dirt road corse or a race thru country roads in your area like they do in europe?

I just want to know what kind of dirt racing takes place here in the states, because I'm not familiar with it at all.

(i.e. I'm wondering if any other kind of dirt racing than simple circle tracks takes place in the states, not that I'm dogging on circle tracks, just curious.)

Edit: What's the closest I can get to European-style rally racing over here?
