I have an 84 Monte Carlo, that I am planning on running next year. It is just waiting for suspension. I currently race a bomber car (all stock), so this will be my first year in a class where racing shocks and springs are allowed. I was just wondering what type of set up should I run, as far as spring and shock weights. Also, what brand is prefered. They need to mount in the stock location though, cant be coil overs. The tracks I race on are all high banked, and very smooth red clay. The car weighs around 3400 lbs. Thats the minimum weight. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

start with 75-76 on fronts and 93-94 on rear, depending on track conditions and such, the higher the last number is the stiffer the shock
