Caster: 6.5 degree rt and 4 degrees left. Camber: rt 2.5 Degrees (that is in at the top. left, 1degree out at the top. Use more castre stagger (up to 5 degrees on a 1/4 mile track, same camber. SLEEPY

I think hes telling you for manual steering??

caster split works best when around 1.5 degrees for me, if you want more lead in or in other words want the car to pull left more then run more split.

and you want to run as little caster as your driver can stand.

I have found 1.5/3 to work just great, the more caster you have the more stable the car is on the straight away, but caster causes lots of bad weight transfer, etc. in the corners. that is why you want the least possible.

Just set it where ever you want and slowly back the caster out of it till your driver says it wanders and add a quarter of a degree.

If you have manual start where sleepy said, if you have power I would go with 2/3.5 to start and back off.

I do run manual steering box, Will power steering help that much more? My car is easy to drive to me but alot of peaople say power steering is the way to go. So do I need to set up my car for the manual steering above? Is it really that much diffrent in the settingd between ps or not
Thanks In Advance

yes its very different, if you have manual and run as little split as I do you will wear yourself out on the straights turning right. and die under caution. I know from cutting the line with ps problems during a race or just before it several times.

I truly think ps is the only way to go, but wait till you can afford a good set up. can you run a quick steer? if so thats supposed to be really sweet on dirt.
