Yep they are soft,but too soft for what you are doing 'sounds like.Try some harder compound tires for the other end of the race,it pays better,then use the softer tires for the heats.

I've got a set to those myself, the soft ones. You'll have to learn to save the tires. If you've got a poorly handeling car you will be heating up the tire you need to save.(rt ftont on pushy car - right rear on loose car) Check your tire temps after the race and work on your set up till you get them working as close to equally as possible. We seldom rum more than 25 laps and I LOVE mine!
