Just got done scaling my dirt street stock and had a question for you all. If the rear split(more wieght on the left rear) is good does crossweight matter?

you can have all the rear bite in the car you want but without proper cross it's not gonna turn. on my car i can't make to many adjustments so my main consire is getting my cross right

Is your crossweight supposed to change when you decrease the stagger in the rear?

yes, as you decrease stagger in the rear, you will increase crossweight.

That question has keep me up at nite trying to figure that out, if you don't change left side wgt. or rear wgt. percents you are stuck with the bite your cross gives you if you change cross wgt. you change bite so to me bite and cross wgt. goes hand in hand so to me find what works best for you and your car and use it as a guide myself i feel that about 50 to 150 left side bite is in the game.

If you have a high percent of left side you can have low cross weight but still have alot of bite in the car.
