Can too hot of plug cause overheating? Running Autolite AP25
Told I need 133

Too hot of a plug would cause detonation, but I don't think it would cause you to overheat. Plugs that are concidered hot have a longer insulator, so it holds more heat and sticks further into the combustion chamber, I've ran hotter plugs before and it didn't cause my engine to run hot, are you running the restrictor plates or are you running a thermostat?
