DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN BUY A REDUCER FITTING FOR A GM STEERING BOX TO SLOW DOWN THE STEERING QUICKNESS,I HAVE A SWEET PUMP ON THE CAR AND IT MAKES THE REACTION VERY FAST AND NO FILL TO THE CAR CAN YOU HELP?

You can install a quickener in backwards and it will slow it down but i don't think you will like it,i had an old chevy pickup that was 4 1/2 turns lock to lock and when you got it sideways you could not catch it sometimes,too many turns,you may want to look into maybe running more caster that should give you more feel,also a different pressure fitting in the pump will also reduce some power to the box and increase the feel.

KRC power steering made right here in WOODSTOCK, GA. they have 4 or 5 different valves to alter the feel but i am not sure if they will work on SWEET pump or not. neil FASTLANE RACING EQUIPMENT (ken roper) (770) 924-0633
