I need a ford silinoid for my stock car, what year vehicle do I tell my parts dealer? Also, I want a chevy stock Mini starter, so when its gets hot it will still start, what year chevy can I get one of those off of?

just ask for a ford ignition silinoid if they sell parts to any other racers besides you they will know what you mean

I get my silaniod off a ford truck..oas far as a starter.. I use stock hi torq and never had a prob.. it the big one thowe..

dozens of racing equipment companies sell a mini starter for around 150 bucks. look in your catalogs and ads in CIRCLE TRACK and STOCKCAR RACING magazine. the downfall is you dont get the lifetime warranty.
