I have a 84' Chevy Caprice that gets very loose about midway through the coners. I feel the body roll and the car acts like it is in neutral coming out of the coner I fell the car roll back and it gets tracktion. I race on a 3/8 mile high banked track. My car weights 3500 lbs. I have 1000lf,1500rf,250lr, and 200rr. The tires sizes are 88lf,89rf,88lr, and 93rr. What do I need to change?

You definitly have way too much stagger. I would try messing with it before I changed any spring rates.

Try putting your taller tire on the front right, smaller tire on the left rear.We run same size on both front left and right rear. Also it help alot to keep the left rear up under the car.We run 2" offsets all around except left rear, there we run 3" offset. This set up seems to be right on on our 1/4 mile high bank....if the track goes dry slick we play arond a little with these offsets
