can anyone tell me how to determine the correct a arm length to acheive the right amount of camber gain? is there a mathematical formula? please reply on thedirt forum or email jnrtlr@mindspring.com thanks. neil

Camber gain is more a function of distance from upper to lower ball joint vs. distance between upper and lower frame mounts. A-arm length is part of the equation but not that significant. If you can send me your upper arm length, lower arm length, balljoint ctoc, frame mount upper and lower X,Y coordinates, and lower control arm angle at ride height, I can email you a graph of your camber gain. I developed a spreadsheet to calculate it.
