It depends on car weight tire size and what rpm range your motor makes power. Alittle more info is required for an acurate answer

Well rick, not knowin your track I would say that the 723 final would be closer (411x176). I would start with the 723 becouse if thats the only two options you have the 656 is a little too much. May be a 680 or something like that would work. If it was me thats what I would try, hope this helps.

we need to know the roll or the tire every 235 isn't the same i have 205 70's that are up to 2 1/2 inches difference for differnt companies. right now where your at we run the same final as that 3.73 on 1/4 miles with 205 tires comes out to be around an 82-83 in roll and turn around 6700

I have a gear question. I run 205/75/15 tires on a 1/3 mile very dry slick semi banked track, what should i run for final gear ratio?

650 would be a good starting point like i said above should put you in the 6800 range on a 1/3 mile
