my oldest boy raced a bike there he used 39 tooth front with 15 tooth rear(just kidding!he really did tho)this track was redone recently as it was a dirt track converted to a motocross track, and now back to a circle track.going on my previous views(i've never ran here)i'd say it's a small 3/8,i beleive they say it's a high bank now but i haven't seen it yet.they are having a race on 02-28-03 i'll try to attend and give you more info.if i had to guess i'd say a 6.00-6.40 gear with 80-84 rollout would be close without seeing it.

Try the message board at www.midsouthracing.com . There are a lot of people who use that board and probably some people that run there. Just an idea in case no one on here can tell ya for sure.

I'm not building anything this year,i'll ask around and see what gear is popular there.I ran monett speedway in mo. ran 355 3speed 3.23 rear for 6.07 but it was a little bigger than pea ridge.I usually turned around 6-6200.

thanks guys for the information. i went out and looked at the track today. it's getting a new red clay suface. it looks a lot like 412 speedway. i think a 6.20 should get me around 7000 rpm in the super stock class.
