My first question is what heads dart? or stock production heads?
If they are stock heads you would need to run 400 block 20 over and 3.25 stroke that way it will make you heads think they are bigger then what they are plus it is easier to build and not very expensive I have some good 2bbl camshaft numbers if you need them

That 400 block with the 327 crank deal needs lots of rpm, my buddy had that combo in a mod and it wouldnt make any power under 6000, try doing that with a 2 barrel. flat power though, real easy to drive on a dry track, it didnt peak to fast, till it spit the rods out the side. CP pistons I think, oddball stuff

Keith Black makes pistons for that exact application.
307s also used a large journal 3.25 stroke crank.
