I'm getting ready to have my tranny rebuilt for the start of the season. Should i rebuild the powerglide or the 350. I can get the correct final drive with each tranny. I've been running a 350 but acquired a powerglide and heard it is less rotating weight

Yes the Powerglide has less rotating weight, and a lot less friction. Precision Powerglides 585-738-9166 sells 10" race low stall converters they are about $450 This is a true Race unit. I would not put it on a tranny unless it is fresh.
