Hello every one. i moved the motor back in my montecarlo 4". made my self a new trany i need some advice on wether or not the motor is to set level.or should i lean it down a little in the back.i had motor in stock locations last year was easy to but in. but now that i moved it back it moved down in the front .because of the slope on the crossmember.all kind's of advice need on this. i never moved a motor back 4". also i do have the car level side to side. should i make sure that it is level front to is off just a little.before i start leveling the motor.thank's alot for the help guy's

i put a intake on and set a level degree finder on the carb surface....

set it so it reads 0.

ok 66 that is what i alway's thought. but then i have been told to angle. it back 2 or 3 degrees down toward's the back .ok you think level is best.i have read 5 but i can't belive that.thank's for the advise.

I also say level look at like this no matter what angle or lack of it will change as you race so you need a point that you can use as a reference for checking things IMO
