Author Topic:   Anyone heard of RCF modifieds (topeka, ks??)

Just wondering if anyone has any information on an RCF modified chassis - they were apparently made near topeka, ks. I'm looking at several used setups and this one appears to be straight and clean for a decent price. It's a 3-link setup with the pull bar.

Just wondering if I'm gettting something that will perform...

Maybe it was an FRC chassis? Go to and ask there. That site is based in Topeka, KS.

I live in Topeka and RCF is Raymond Fricky built modified. He dosent build cars anymore.
He hade a few different drivers drive his cars like Gary Jellison, Dave Hutch, Jeff Atkison. And a few others. All thes cars that i know have performed very well. Was around Jeffs car alittle bit but dont know ant thing about the setups that were used. I know that Raymond did play around with different front eand and rear suspenion setup, That were thought up on his own.

Thanks for the info. Seems that he hasn't built cars since the mid to late 90's, but at least it sounds like they were competative during their day.
