I've seen his cars run during speed weeks in volusia fl and his his brother runs one at putnum speedway satsuma fl. Also one of his cars is tearing up the tracks in western PA. Every one of his cars fly. If I didn't have my jetmod I'd be looking at his cars. His cars are built just like a late model with 4-bar and a liftarm. The other thing that I thought was differentwere the diagonal bars in the car that could be adjusted to make the car more or less rigid depending on the track. So if you know anyone that wants a good jet mod let me know and I'll buy one of the GRS cars.

My dad Larry Kugel is running a GRS car in Western Pa, ohio, and Wv. We have been running Dave's cars for 2 years now and just ordered a new one for next year. Dave is located in Morgantown, WV. If you would want to have a look just stop by and check it out. This weekend we will be running Cannonball Speedway in Oh on Fri., Pensboro WV sat. morning, Roaring Knob sat. nite and again at Pensboro on Sun. GRS Modifieds is a good car, 28 wins in 2 years in a GRS and a top 5 car almost every nite.

MARKLEYSBURG, PA. (Sept, 14, 2002) - The Roaring Knob Raceway in Markleysburg, Pa. hosted the latest stop on the 2002 American Motor Racing Association's "Road Warrior Tour" schedule with their annual season ending "King of the Knob" event. AMRA modified drivers from 5 states attempted to qualify for the 24 car field. Ohio's Aaron Morey was fast time with Pa's Larry Kugel 2ed fastest under the clock.

3 qualifying heat races, which transfered 5 drivers each into the "Thunder On The Yough 30", saw Ohio's Aaron Morey, WV's Dave Groves, and Ky's Dave McWilliams garner individual honors.

The 30 lap "Road Warrior Tour" main started with a bang, as a turn 4 miscue near the front of the field necessitated a complete restart, but beyond that point was slowed only twice more for individual spins. Morey led from the outset, putting his pole starting position to good use, but the battles in his rear view mirror had the fans attention. Paul Wilmoth, doing double duty in his own Late Model as well as J.R. Nolan's AMRA modified, was working his way to the front of the pack from his 6th place starting position.

As Wilmoth rim-rode the cushion of the beautifully prepared 3/8 mile, John Burdette was staking his claim to the bottom of the track in an effort to improve on his 7th place starting spot.

The laps evaporated, but Lewis Center, Ohio's Aaron Morey never wilted from the heat, and led the trio to the checkered flag by a 2 car length advantage.

Following Morey to the stripe were Wilmoth, Burdette, Dave Groves and Larry Kugel, who rounded out the top 5.

AMRA Road Warrior Tour Notes:
Morey backs up his 1st career AMRA RWT win from 2 weeks prior at KC (Oh) Speedway and in doing so becomes joins Danny Dean as the 2nd back to back winner this season. Carthage Auto Parts of Cincinatti, Ohio presented trophies to the top 3 finishers in the "Yough 30". 3 states were represented in the top 5 - Ohio (Morey & Burdette), WV (Wilmoth & Groves) and Pa. (Kugel)
