Sounds to me that ride heights are too high,how much room do you have between axle tube and top or rear frame rail?Should be around three inches.Your rear springs are way too stiff for a three link,I run 200 l.r.,175 r.r.with both springs in front.

I think if you do a search on the forum...most of the questions you are asking are already answered. Just use the search function and look for 3link or 3 link. Should be able to find anything you are looking for.

If the underslung under the LR is hitting the axle, you may need to notch the frame, or install a drop down section. I did on my car and it made a big difference. A lot of cars are being built that way or with the LR underslung frame rail lower that the right. Check out most of the late models, they have the frame rail dropped down or with a large bend under the axle. An hours work notching and plating will pay off, and can't hurt anything.
