What kind of panhard bar are you running, front or rear mount, how long, what angle. Remember all of your links are the geometry of the car, be sure nothing is bound up. Sounds like you got a pretty good setup, but I would put a 75 shock on the lf and a 750 lb spring on the rf.

Are you racing at Malden Speedway?

t/10 next time you go to the track remove the 90/10 shock from the top of the rear end. LEAVE IT OFF...... a biscut pull bar doesn't need a shock, and it only creates a bind.........there is something holding the rear of the car up........in the garage you can bounce on the car then disconnect something and bounce again......keep doing this until you feel the car bounce easy...then you have found the problem with not getting weight transfer........I say it's that 90/10 shock is bent

rf shock has to much compression for a dry slick track.
decrease pull bar angle to 15 deg.
lower rr trailing arm to 5 deg.
