i have deal in the works to trade my bomber for a speedway chassis roller basicly i just want to get some seat time and in a couple years update chassis and pull the parts off this one has anybody had any luck with these i have heard they are kind of a pain to build one but haven't heard about how they work

Yes the kit is a pain to build but the rear suspension is pretty much the same as a Harris 3 link. the kit is made to fit different stubs though. What stub does it have if it is the old chevelle frame it might be a good learner car.

not sure on all the details yet you might know the car he is from des moines kimmel 48d white car we are only getting 8-10 b mods in webster and we are also getting kinda rough in econo's now so i want to get out while i still have a car left and last in b's pays better then 2nd in econo

my dad built a speedway kit car with my uncle
and they changed a little here and their
but the car worked awsome and was very good handling car

boy i sure hope so then atleast i know it's safe and fast if he had it. he was always my favorite mod driver when i was a kid

That car is, in fact, one of Danny Wallace's old cars. That car would be a decent car to get started in as long as it is still straight. I'm not sure, but it may even have a stub in it that was prepped by the folks at Harris. I had the car that DW won the region with in the mid '90s, and it was that way. Danny also told me that they put a Harris stub in the Nat'l CHampion Speedway car when they built it also. It sounds like a good trade to me.

so if thats a harris stub under it that would be the old chevelle right? i didn't think it was to bad a deal either but i still need to come up with some cash somehow.

All of the speedway cars danny built were built with Harris stubs except his most 2 recent ones he used metric stubs.

Got rid of the push (right front brake locking up)The old buggy was hooked up last night won the heat and the feature against a field of dirtworks.
