Couple of general ideas to settle a car on a rough track. First less angle and or longer panhard bar. Stiffer spring in third link on just try increasing preload. You may want to take the split-valve shocks off on a rough track. Also if you have access to a shock-dyno you can work with the high-speed dampening to get a better shock package for a rough track.
You may have to increase cross or make other changes to compensate for changes made to settle the car down.
