I've just taken a look at the moretraction web page and it speaks of not getting caught with glowing rear rotors. So i wondered if anyone could tell me what this is a sign of?
You never know it might just be legal to use over here & i might be able to make use of it on the hard stuff.
Thanks.

My guess is carbon- carbon brakes?

Some traction control devices use the brakes to control wheelspin. Its typically used on more advanced braking systems than are found on most dirt cars though.

Where is this "More Traction" web page? (URL)
Also, could the glowing rotors be from a driver with their foot slightly resting on the brake pedal?

The glowing red rotors can be a sign of the sensor type traction control. Rotors can get red hot within a couple laps, but the system works real well. It is a lot cheaper system than the one on the web site, but more obvious.
