I am new to Mod racing and especially running alcohol. I need to purchase a radiator. I am unsure of size, I am running in upstate Ny normal night 60 degrees. I will be running a basic 355 engine. I was thinking a 19x22 single core radiator would be fine, please give input.
Thanks

Better to be safe than sorry. I would get at least a two core, even though I would personal use a three core, besides that is what restrictors and stats are for (keepin, it warm enough).

I also run in NY. We start the season on gas because of the cold nights. You can hurt the engine just as fast if you run it cold as hot! Methanol will make the engine run about 15 to 20 degrees colder "at least in our case". Check the radiator your talking about. Is it a true 1 or 2 row? We run a AFCO 19x22 all year with no problem.
