I know some or them are running a softer right front spring to loosen the car some when they come off the corner

The short bars allow more rear steer, thus freeing up the car without removing forward bite.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but we actually can run more wedge this way, because the car will turn. It's not uncommon for us to have 300# wedge in the car. Rear% usually in the 54 to 55 range.

If your car is tight coming off the corners on a dry slick track......I wouldn't change a thing!
