A new deck, mine pretty sad. Electric brakes would be a nice addition. It may be time for a tire rack with a built in Storage Box. Shoot, I think it's time for a new trailer.

An air conditioner would be great for out here in the great American desert but that's probably NOT going to happen. Now that I've finally got an enclosed trailer, it's pretty hot in there during the summer months. I'd settle for building a pit cart for that one track we go to occationally that doesn't allow trailers in the pits. ;-}

bk, when I was down for a while, a while back, I built a kart to keep my tires, tools and fuel on....I put made some mounts in the trailer to keep it from rolling around. What I really like about it, nothing really gets dirty. It also gives me a place to keep 4 tires and all electic connections with lights and everything...took me forever to make, since i used it to play with over a winter..kept coming up with more ideas....he he..but I do recommend it to anyone that wants to make things much easier on themselves.

Since my trailer is an ex drag car tralier. my winter plans are mainly to add a tire rack, a winch, and a place for the fuel jugs. However my father mentioned just tonight that we need to have a designated place for a BBQ grill to cook up some hot dogs or bratwursts or something while at the track. I think he was right about that.

As per my usual habits, I sort of designed a pit cart a while back but haven't gotten around to building it yet. I even bought some cheap Harbor Freight wheels and tires for it and figured out homemade spindles, steering, etc. I haven't figured out how to secure it in the trailer yet, but how hard can that be? I'm looking at being laid up for a while for ankle surgery so now may be the time to do a full-on paper design. That and figure out how to build my carport/office enclosure before the permits expire, again! It's gonna be a l-o-n-g winter. :-}
