I have a custom built chassis running only leaf springs on the rear. mono on the right stack on the left. other than that that's it. Just shocks and one coil on the right. I cannot find any info on rear roll centers for this set up. The car is extremly fast as is. any help?

The roll center for multileaf or monoleaf rear springs is located at the vehicle center line at the height where the springs anchor to the housing. If you use a lowering block the roll center is half way between the top and bottom of it.

instead of the centerline of the car wouldn't it be a sraight line fwd to the center of gravity of the car?

I said it wrong. It is the center of the two spring mounts, laterally (left to right). The rear roll center is separate from the front roll center. The roll axis is the line from the front to the rear and is the theoretical axis that the body rolls during cornering. The Roll Moment Arm is from the center of gravity to the roll axis. A lower rear roll center will transfer weight more vertically onto the tire and tighten up the chassis. Higher and it will loosen up the chassis.

The only part you left out was that if you are running two different spring rates in the rear (I know I am) the roll center is shifted towards the side of the car with the softer spring.
