the way i understand is you have watts linkage on the right rear ( one bar forward one bar rearward mounted on a birdcage) and a standard swingarm on left rear (spring mounted to trailing arm). now the question is more rear steer as opposed to what? personally i'm not a big fan of rear steer/roll steer especially large amounts. the amount of rear steer depends upon alot more information than you have provided. wish i could help more but if you want more information if you provide somemore information i'm sure that people on this board would be glad to help.

How much spring travel are you getting with the spring you are currently running? If you are are having to put alot of preload on the spring to limit travel I would change to the heavier spring. You should be getting 1-1/2 to 2 inches of travel. Changing the angle of the torque link will change forward bite. The more angle, the more bite but it will lose bite sooner.

We are getting around 2 1/2 inches of travel on the torque link spring. Is that too much? By putting preload in the spring will be eliminating the travel, but won't it also eliminate the forward bite??
