You'd have yourself a Flintstone Flyer. Use bolt-in lead. You'll probably put almost half of it in the center, the rest you can move around where you need it.

my car now weighs 2784 lb.
im using a 77 monte carlo frame cut down to 108"
i use a skin off a 80 malibu i have no mre metal to cut away i need to add about 420 lb.
do i add 200 in center and play with the other 220 lbs.? or just add 220 between the leftside wheels?

get on a set of scales and add your weight where you need it. you'll more than likely need more tail weight then any where else. and keep in mind that adding weight between the wheels doesn't have as much effect as past the wheels so mount it pretty close to the rear axle since you need to add so much
