Looking for opinions on the best intake and heads to use for a super stock dirt car. Anything is allowed. I must run a 2bbl carb. Looking to buy new. Got moved up to super stock the first of this year so i'm trying to upgrade as I can.

Dart Iron eagles or pro action. at least 215-230 intake runners. Get 2.05 valves, That way when you blow up your engine and it destroys the seat you can go to the larger 2.08 valves. Intakes get a torque link, they are the best. Expensive yes ($300) but are the best. Second choice would be a Victor.

Pro Action 225 cc heads with a bowtie high rise intake, put a 2 hole spacer inbetween the carb and intake, will produce monster torque

scoot i hate to disagree with #37dg but if you are running a small track (under 1/2 mile) stay with 202 not the larger valves. if you use the larger valves by the time you let out of the gas for the corner the heads are just starting to come alive. i bought 2 sets of the iron eagles this year for my car and my wifes car and love them. they flow something wicked. they are going to cost ya but you know you have a killer set of heads that will likely last you years and if you change later on they are easy to sell for a good amount back into your pocket. if you continue to move up in classes they will be all the head you need for a while.

Thanks for the replies, I was leaning towards Dart. But wanted some input from everyone. I talked with sdhnc29 about this all a few months ago but I've forgot what we decided on.
