I was told you didnt need a sway bar for running dirt so last year i had no swaybar. Should i run a swaybar on the car or not?

Eventhough I am no expert on the subject, I recently talked to a very sucessful street stocker (Won the pole at syracuse and had his picture in stock car racing mag.)and this is what he said. For a tacky track, he puts the pass. side of the sway bar all the way down and totally unhooks the drivers side. He tells me this loosens the car. With a slicker track, he just hooks back up the drivers side and leaves it as high up as he can. Like I said this comes from a very experienced person, not me.
