Hey guys....gonna build a new Hobby stock, and was wondering on what a good size would be...laps are 25(and under)..one friend uses 12(or 14) gallon...what do you guys use?........scooter

i also run a 22 for the same reason comes in handy on realy dry slick nites to add some tale weight

i run a 12 gal, we are not restricted from adding weight so i can put it where i need it

i would use a 22 because if you ever what to move to mods you can you it there also after you clean the gas out of course

Our old car uses 8 gal and new 11 gal. Even on a 50 lapper we had fuel left. Their's no need putting all that extra gas in for weight, when it is better to put the weight where you want it.

i run an 16 and wifes car has a 12. we hot lap 8 lap heat and 12 feature. i also pack the track, and run 5 full speed laps with a passenger. also the loading/ unloading and other stuff thru the week. total fuel use 5-6 gals a week using a holley 750 double pumper on a 383 stroker motor. put in a 12 or 16 and you should have no prob

i just started but we use a 12 gal it lasts pack tracl 8 heat laps and 12 features and we still have a half a tank dont worry about weight put it where you want it im new racing but ive been around it my whole life and we all run a 12 gal except my uncle who races ump but 12 gal if for me
