I've heard of people shortening left rear trailing arms on coils spring cars. 1) What does this accomplish? 2) How much do you shorten it?

It`s called rear steer and most tracks won`t allow more than 1 inch difference in wheelbase from left to right side. It`s called rear roll steer to be accurate. The idea is to shorten the left wheelbase slightly to help the car through the corner.

You comin up to race? I`ll be there don`t know what color the car will be yet but spotting the only Ford in the pits won`t be to hard.

SORRY!! hrspwr your track dont run my class (street modified's from delmar delaware!!!) but we come up there and watch the late models!!
