How does more or less front spring split affect handling in the turns?? How much is too much??

The reason that I ask is that I have a push in the middle of the turn. In or out of the gas, it doesn't matter. I run a metric Monte with the following: RF 1200 LF 1000 RR 175 LR 225. I run a 9in for in the rear but use wheel offsets to square the car up. I run about 150lbs of ballast behind the left rear.(Never had it on scales.....sorry.) From watching the tapes it appears that the rear may be too soft, I'll try alittle stiffer this weekend but I was just wondering if a little less split in the front would help as well?

poboy,Most street stocks thet I set -up run your front springs but usually in the rear I run at least a 200 rr ,stiffening the left rear up will tighten the car in the center in other words if you use a 200 in the left rear with a 200 in right you'll need more crossweight to get you off the corner. What's your frame heights like?STiffen your right rear and get your frame heights more even in the rear,do this by shimming your left rear or install a taller left rear spring, also move your left side tires in if you can.GOOD LUCK,LITTLEMAN
