LAST WEEKEND HAD THE FIRST RACE FOR THE YEAR WENT INTO TURNS OK LITTLE BOUNCY BUT I THINK IT WAS THE TRACK. ONCE I GET TO THE MID POINT OF THE TURN IT PUSHES BAD REAL BAD. I HAVE TO GET ALL THE WAY OFF THE GAS FOR HALF OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE TURN. TWO GUYS WHO BOTH RUN OK SAID I WAS NEEDING A STIFFER RIGHT FRONT. NOW I WAS TALKING TO ANOTHER GUY WHO MOVED UP A CLASS AND HE SAID I NEEDED A SOFTER ONE. PLEASE HELP.

Had the same exact problem - hopping and push. Softer springs cured it.

We actually need to know the car handled all throught the turn, not just the middle. This will help determine what you need to do to fix your problem. How is the car on entry and exit? A softer RF spring will loosen the car up on entry and tighten up on the exit. A stiffer spring will do the opposite. (In most cases) The other thing to think about is the body roll in the car, front vs. rear. If the car wants to roll more in the rear than the front, that could also cause a push condition. There is not always just one answer to a problem. Lets us know a little bit more about the car/setup: chassis, spring set up, weight, ride height, swaybar y/n etc. Sure hate to see you go throw a $50 spring at it and go the wrong way.
I'm no expert..just my thoughts.

YEP I-77, DID YOU SEE THE GREEN CAR MAKING A FOOL OF HIMSELF, THAT WAS ME. TRIED SOMETHING OVER THE WEEKEND BEFORE I READ THIS POST. PUT A SWAYBAR JACK ON THE FRONT. (WEIGHT JACK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE SWAY BAR WITH THE LEFT SIDE UNHOOKED. IT SEAMED TO HELP. ALSO CHANGED STAGER AND HELP. CHANGED RIDE HEIGHT THIS WEEK AND THE SPRINGS AND WILL HOPFULLY DO A LITTLE BETTER.
