Friend of mine put a 9" ford under a metric car. At ride height the lower arm seem close to stock,but the uppers angle greatly upward (frame to rearend / ) What does this do to the roll center? What is the correct angle to have using stock control arms upper and lower?

The lower control arms should be parallel to the ground and the upper control arms at a 10 degree angle down to the frame from the axle.

OWracer is right on here, the only thing I would like to add is that sone people run one arm SLIGHTLY up hill and the other at around 10 degrees down..........this is to help rear steer/ roll steer........
This would explain the problem of them bug chevelle cars handing you but to you.
