I have seen the restricters drilled out some so they would flow more. I still don't think I would run them with a hydralic cam but it has been done.

i may be missing something here but it says you have to run stock rockers not stock cam. are you running hyd or solid lift cam? if it is a solid lift cam then yes run the oil restrictors

you can't use restrictors with fulcrums on your rockers or they will get hot from not enough lube. Why do I know-- 1 set of comp roller tip rockers in the trash after 7 races.they were blue in the fulcrum area. Most cam mfg.say absolutely no restrictors at all.Do what you want but restictors caused nothing but problems in my motor.Last year no restictors no problems.I run a solid cam

You guys backed up my thoughts. I think I'm going to thank the guy for his input but not run the restrictors anyway. I've seen stock style rockers get blued because of high heat before, so I don't need to add to the problem. Besides, I don't think we'll have an oiling problem since, we don't run over 6500 rpm and we use a good oil pan. Never had problems before.
